38 miles off road. Ouch. Not really pushed myself so hard for a while. Did nearly 30 round Woburn Park, Sands and Aspley Guise. Got to Brog at 1:45. Hung around while the guys arrived or pumped tyres. Then did another few miles with them B4 heading back crawling up Liddlington hill on me todd. Nice day. Felt strong enough.
